Per Sandberg has a diverse work experience in the logistics and operations field. Per began their career as a Management Trainee at Incentive AB in 1997. Per then joined Gambro, where they held various roles, including Distribution Centre Manager and Vice President of Logistics EMEA. At Gambro, they were responsible for restructuring and harmonizing the logistics organization, reducing costs, increasing productivity, and improving service levels. In 2009, Sandberg joined Papyrus as the Logistics Director Scandinavia, where they successfully implemented a new logistics structure and improved distribution processes. Per then moved on to Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions as the Director of Integrated Logistics, before joining Alfa Laval in 2018 as the Vice President of Group Operations and Head of Parts, Distribution, and Logistics.

Per Sandberg obtained a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology in the years 1992-1996. Per also completed an Executive Program in Industrial Management at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in the year 2004-2005. Additionally, they hold certifications in Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE) from Cambridge English Language Assessment and Commercial Road Transport License from The Swedish Transport Agency.
