Patricia Lie is the Cluster Head of HR for South East Asia and Oceania at Alfa Laval since November 2021. Prior to this role, Patricia served as Human Resources Director at Firmenich from December 2019 to November 2021, and as Human Resources Director for Asia Pacific and the Middle East at interTouch from January 2017 to December 2019. Earlier in Patricia's career, roles included HR Director for Africa, Middle East, and Asia Pacific and People & Culture Director at Kantar from July 2008 to June 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management and Information Systems from the University of London and studies at Singapore Polytechnic.
