Jessica Alhbin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies, including Alfa Laval, Volvo Cars, Saab, and Ericsson. Most recently, they held the position of Head of Value Stream Communication & HR at Alfa Laval starting in 2024. Prior to that, they worked at Volvo Cars in various roles such as Group Product Manager, Head of Talent Journey, and PC PX Team Manager. Before their time at Volvo Cars, Jessica worked at Saab as the Head of People Digital Solutions and Head of HR Services, among other positions. Jessica began their career at Ericsson as a Project Manager and later became a Manager.
