Mark Harty serves on the Board of Directors for ALFA International since September 2020, while also holding the position of Senior Counsel at LCS & Partners since September 2004. Harty was Chairman Emeritus and a member of the Executive Committee at World Services Group from September 2013 to September 2019 and previously chaired the Board of Directors. Harty's earlier experience includes serving as Asian Counsel at Shearman & Sterling from June 1991 to September 2004, and as an Associate at Russin & Vecchi and Shearman & Sterling. Harty holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and an A.B. in East Asian Studies from Harvard University, complemented by Chinese language studies. Harty's educational background includes attendance at Phillips Exeter Academy and a study abroad program in Barcelona, Spain.
