Anton Drobot has extensive experience in frontend development and team leadership, currently serving as Team Lead at Alfa Capital since December 2019, where responsibilities include forming a frontend development team from scratch, managing personnel, training, conflict resolution, and fostering team culture. Prior to this role, Anton worked at Yandex from October 2016 to December 2019 as a Frontend Developer, contributing to the frontend development and maintenance of various services. Anton also led a web studio while working as a Software Developer at OctoLab from January 2015 to October 2016 and has a foundation in frontend development and software development through freelance work from September 2010 to January 2015. Anton holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Ural State University named after A.M. Gorky, completed between 2013 and 2017.
