Terry Silva is an experienced procurement and sourcing professional with a strong background in information technology and cost savings initiatives. Currently serving as Director of Global Category Sourcing Information Technology at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since July 2020, Terry previously held multiple roles at Parexel from June 2010 to July 2020, culminating in the position of Director of Global Procurement Information Technology, achieving over $35M in cost avoidance and savings during this time. Prior experience includes leading procurement functions at Agfa Healthcare and AGFA, where responsibilities included departmental transitions, internal tracking systems for software, and supply chain analysis for critical components. Terry holds educational credentials from Merrimack College and Lowell Tech.
