Rosanna Stissi is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Lead for Italy at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since June 2023. Previously, Rosanna held various leadership roles at AstraZeneca from May 2019 to June 2023, including Head of Talent & Development and Employee Relations, where responsibilities encompassed developing HR strategies, managing talent and succession planning, and promoting inclusion and diversity. Rosanna also served as HR Business Partner & Labour Relations Manager, focusing on workforce planning, employee development, and industrial relations. Earlier experiences include positions at AstraZeneca Ireland, thyssenkrupp Elevator, and Barclays. Rosanna holds an Advanced HR Management degree from Università Bocconi and a Laurea Magistrale in Law from Università degli Studi di Catania.
