Lance Baier, MCR, currently serves as Senior Manager at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., overseeing the New Haven Facility within the Global Real Estate and Facility Management team since February 2018. Prior to this, Lance held the position of District Manager at Airgas from June 2011 to February 2018, focusing on maintaining safety standards across various facilities. Lance's career began at ABCO Welding & Industrial Supplies, Inc., where from September 1997 to May 2011, Lance was the Director of Product Management, responsible for purchasing, inventory control, and enhancing gross margin performance. Lance holds a background in education from Eastern Connecticut State University, attended between 1988 and 1989.
