Cory Williams, MD, PhD, currently serves as Vice President and Global Medicine Team Lead at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., providing strategic drug development direction for a flagship asset in Rare Disease. With experience at Pfizer since 2007, Cory has held several leadership roles, including Head of the Clinical Research Unit, Vice President and Head of Development Operations in China, Executive Director of Clinical Trial Management, and Senior Director and Strategist. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, leading projects for Fortune 500 clients in biopharmaceuticals and medical devices. Cory's medical training includes a D.Phil. in Clinical Medicine from the University of Oxford and an MD from The University of the West Indies, alongside ongoing education in cancer genomics and precision oncology at Harvard Medical School.
