Phong Lam has over a decade of experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as Controller at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. since April 2017, following a progression through roles such as Assistant Controller, Senior Accounting Manager, and Accounting Manager. Prior experience includes positions at The CIM Group as Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant, and at Downtown Properties, LLC as Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant. Phong Lam holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from California State University, Long Beach, and has furthered education at UCLA Extension and Tsinghua University with studies in Chinese, Mandarin.
