Asmita Gaonkar is a Manufacturing Quality Engineer at Alexandria Industries since May 2021, with prior experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op at Whirlpool Corporation, where quality control procedures were developed and executed. In addition, Asmita completed a Rapid Prototyping Internship at SolidBeta Pvt Ltd, focusing on multi-material 3D printing and manufacturing 3D printers. As a Production Engineer at Precious MetalCraft and Creations LLP, Asmita utilized DMAIC and CAPA tools to achieve an 11% reduction in scrap and improve quality. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
