Kaspar Rosengreen Nielsen has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Kaspar Rosengreen started working as a Postman at Post Denmark in March 2000 and worked there until October 2003. In July 2002, they joined ICTLab as a Supporter, where they helped with movie editing, dias scanning, server administration, and the development of an evaluation module for an e-learning solution. In March 2003, they worked as a Student Programmer at Aalborg University until December 2003. At the Department of Computer Science, University of Aarhus, Kaspar worked as a Student Programmer and Research Assistant from October 2003 to January 2007. During this time, they were involved in developing projects like the "eBag" prototype and the award-winning "iFloor" project. In 2005, they established their own one-man firm called Krosweb, where they conducted web development projects using their open source content management system Catmis and experience with WordPress. Since 2007, Kaspar has been working as a Principal Software Architect and WizeFloor Product Manager at Alexandra Instituttet, where they get to work on both commercial and experimental research projects, with the freedom to influence the projects and technologies they work with.
Kaspar Rosengreen Nielsen completed their high school education at Dronninglund Gymnasium from 1995 to 1998. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science at Aarhus University from 1999 to 2005. Apart from their formal education, they obtained a certification as a Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in September 2017.
