Mason Ginsberg is a director in the Chicago office. He has a focus in Alexander Group’s manufacturing and distribution practices, but also has ample project experience across technology, business services, and health insurance. Mason has managed projects with clients across all stages of growth and commercial organizations of all sizes. He specializes in leading not only broad commercial assessment projects, but also more focused design work that drives business transformations within sales strategy, sales structure, sales compensation, sales operations, and customer service.
Prior to joining the Alexander Group, Mason held an internship with Accenture in their New York office. As a strategy consultant, he worked with a Fortune 100 client to conduct an analysis of business process-related role sizing and deployment to make strategic future state recommendations that drive increased profitability. Before attending graduate school, Mason worked for three years as a financial analyst with Ochsner Health System in New Orleans, LA. As a member of the decision support team, he was involved with various parts of the business, including annual performance target setting for physicians via analysis of patient satisfaction survey results and other relevant data.
Mason has a B.S. degree from Tulane University and an MBA degree from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
