Thomas Alexander is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in project management and business development. Currently serving as General Manager at Aleut Federal since May 2021, Thomas also holds the role of Director of Business Development. Previous positions include Construction Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager at Amentum, and Vice President, Pre-Construction Director, and Quality Control Manager at Cooper Building Services, LLC. Thomas has demonstrated expertise in overseeing construction projects for federal clients, leading estimating teams, and managing complex contracts across various organizations. Thomas is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Penn State University, having previously completed studies at the same institution from 1987 to 1992.
