Laura Catherine Hanby Hudgens is an experienced writer and educator with a diverse background in teaching and freelance writing. Currently a contributing writer for Bored Teachers since January 2021, Hudgens has also contributed to Grown and Flown, Aleteia, The Washington Post, Thrive Global, and The Huffington Post over several years. With expertise in parenting, education, and religion, writing has appeared in various publications. Prior teaching experience includes roles as a middle school ELA and religion teacher at Saint Joseph Catholic School and English, Oral Communication, and Drama teacher at Berryville High School.
