Chibin Zhang, a Data Scientist at Aleria since October 2017, is also a Senior Research Associate at Aleria Research Corp since January 2019. Previously working as a Business Development Intern at Kiva.org and holding various positions at the City University of New York, Chibin has a Master's Degree in Economics from The City College of New York and a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Melbourne. In their current roles, Chibin focuses on developing frameworks to quantify inclusion levels in organizations and academic research in diversity and inclusion using agent-based modeling. In addition, they have experience in tutoring and lecturing in economics and management.
