Cherise Reese is an experienced professional in client services and management, currently serving as the Executive Director of EB Client Services at Alera Group, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this role, Cherise was with TRUEbenefits LLC, an Alera Group Company, where contributions included positions such as Managing Partner, Director of Client Services, and Client Relationship Team Supervisor since July 2008. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President at JLR & Associates from 1999 to 2008, and as Store Manager at Marshall's from 1986 to 1999. Cherise holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Washington, earned between 1988 and 1991, and is a graduate of Interlake High School.
