Eric Falde has extensive experience in multimedia communications and customer service, currently serving as a Customer Service Technical Support representative at LulzBot since February 2020. Prior to this role, Eric worked as a Multimedia Specialist at Fargo 3D Printing from September 2014 to February 2020, focusing on video production, photography, 3D modeling/printing, event coverage, and social media. Additional experience includes positions as an A/V Technician at Moorhead Community Access Media from June 2013 to February 2020, a Camera Operator for the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks Baseball team in 2013, and a T-Shirt Designer at the Shirt Shop in the Mall from 2008 to 2010. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Communications and Spanish from Minnesota State University Moorhead between 2008 and 2013.
