Fynn Minkus has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2018. Fynn began their career as a Student Consultant in International Taxation at EY before moving on to roles as a Student Consultant in Strategy at Bloomberg Law and Decathlon Singapore. In 2019, they worked as a Student Consultant in Sustainability at IBM. In 2020, they served as a Student Research Assistant at ZEW - Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research and also had a brief role in Reporting, Controlling & Consolidation at HeidelbergCement. In 2022, they worked as a Visiting Analyst at Earlybird Venture Capital. In 2023, they served as a Fellow Intern at McKinsey & Company before becoming a Founder's Associate at Aleph Alpha.

Fynn Minkus has a diverse education history that spans various institutions and fields of study. Fynn started their education at Neue Oberschule, where they received a High School Diploma from 2008 to 2016. After completing high school, Fynn attended the University of Mannheim from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Education Alliance (IBEA), Business Administration.

During their undergraduate studies, Fynn also had the opportunity to study abroad at different institutions. In 2018, they attended the University of South Carolina, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business for a brief period. In 2019, Fynn had the chance to explore different international educational settings. Fynn studied at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and ESSEC Asia-Pacific, both of which were part of their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business. Additionally, they participated in the Summer Session at Waseda University during the same year.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Fynn pursued further education at the University of Mannheim from 2020 to 2022. Here, they received a Master of Science degree in Mannheim Master in Management, further enhancing their knowledge in the field.

In addition to their formal education, Fynn Minkus has also acquired several certifications from Udemy. In 2020, they completed the "2020 Complete Python Bootcamp: From Zero to Hero in Python" course. Subsequently, in 2021, they obtained the certification for "Python for Data Science and Machine Learning Bootcamp." In 2022, Fynn completed two more courses, namely "Python and Django Full Stack Web Developer Bootcamp" and "React & Django Full Stack: web app, backend API, mobile apps." These certifications highlight their commitment to continued learning and development in the field of programming and web development.
