Marleen Betancourt, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Partner Experience at Alegeus, having progressively advanced through various roles including Senior Manager of Service Delivery and Customer Success Advisor since joining in July 2019. Prior to Alegeus, Marleen worked at Alight Solutions as a Client Manager II, excelling in client consulting, project management, and creating efficiencies from August 2015 to March 2019. Marleen's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Aon Hewitt, where responsibilities spanned from Benefits Service Manager to Customer Service Representative, focusing on health and welfare service leadership and operations management from February 2003 to July 2015. Marleen holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix, complemented by two Associate of Arts degrees from Indian River State College and the University of Florida.
