Ahmad Fareed Al Saif has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Ahmad is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Alefredo Books, an online marketplace for used academic books and educational materials. Ahmad secured seed investment and collaborated with global NGOs and embassies for the company.

Ahmad also worked as a Sales Account Manager at TotalEnergies, where they managed profitable partnerships and created a fleet management system from scratch.

Prior to that, they founded Jo Drive, a carpooling application that aimed to promote social solidarity and environmental awareness. Ahmad managed the development stages and user experience of the application.

Ahmad's earlier experience includes working as a Renewable (Photovoltaic) Sales Engineer at Izzat Marji Group, where they closed deals worth $1.5 million. Ahmad also founded Alefredo Team, a business dedicated to kids and family events, during their university years. Ahmad eventually sold 80% of their shares but remains a silent investor with a 20% equity stake.

Ahmad Fareed Al Saif completed their education at various institutions. Ahmad obtained a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Jordan between the years 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering at the same university from 2008 to 2013. Before their university studies, Ahmad obtained their High School Diploma from ECS in 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Ahmad acquired several certifications and participated in various programs. In 2022, they completed The Core-Alpha Entrepreneurial Development Program, a continuous learning course of 120 hours in capacity building, professional services provision, and coaching. This program was offered by Al Hussein Technical University (HTU) and Innovative startups & SME Fund (ISSF).

Furthermore, Ahmad participated in the Acceleration Program and secured the first seed investment for Alefredo Books, a program provided by Oasis500 in 2021. Ahmad also took part in Village Capital's Sustainability MENA 2021 program and received the Social Enterprise Summit Award 2021 from UNDP. In 2020, Ahmad completed the Kauffman FastTrac Innovation Program, and in 2019, they participated in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program provided by Umniah, known as The Tank. Lastly, Ahmad has been selected for the Halcyon Washington Fellows program in 2022, which they will attend in October.
