Khausaalya is a skilled UX Researcher currently employed at Aleph-Labs since March 2023. Previously, Khausaalya gained experience as a Product Design Intern at AirAsia from July to October 2021, where contributions spanned various lines of business within the SuperApp, with a focus on AirAsia Health. Khausaalya holds a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), obtained between January 2019 and October 2022, and completed a Foundation in Accounting and Business/Management at Perak Matriculation College in 2018-2019. Prior educational background includes attendance at SMK Selayang Bharu from 2013 to 2017.
