Dilshan Niroda is an experienced Senior Java Engineer at Aleph-Labs since January 2023, with a robust history in various technical roles. Prior to Aleph-Labs, Dilshan worked at Pearson Lanka from August 2019 to September 2022, progressing through positions from Associate Technical Specialist to Senior Technical Specialist. An earlier role at Nimbus Venture (Pvt) Ltd. as an Associate Technical Lead involved developing cloud-based vehicle data solutions aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing costs. Dilshan also served as an ICT Consultant at Commercial Credit & Finance PLC, contributing to a primary system used across 140 branches, and began career as a Software Engineer with Rezgateway, specializing in travel industry software. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Colombo School of Computing and a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Kingston University.
