Joanne Mohlmann is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in leadership and problem-solving within the utilities sector. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Care Representative and Acting Supervisor at Alectra since June 2014, Joanne leads a team in the Business Solutions department, focusing on meter access, readings, and data to ensure accurate billing. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior CSR at PowerStream Inc., where escalated issues were managed and training provided, as well as holding the position of Customer Service Supervisor at Etobicoke Hydro, where leadership was demonstrated in a unionized environment.
