Daniela Giancola is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in shared services and information systems. Currently serving as Senior Manager of HR Shared Services and Information System at ALDO Group since November 2018, Daniela has held various roles, including HR Shared Services and Information System Manager and Senior Coordinator for Compensation & Workday. Prior experience includes nearly nine years at Aimia Inc, where Daniela worked as a Talent & Culture Advisor and in various coordination roles. Earlier in Daniela's career, significant experience was gained at HRG North America as a Corporate Travel Specialist. Daniela holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Concordia University and has furthered professional development through the McGill Executive Institute.
