Linus Plum is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at ALDI SÜD since April 2024, Plum previously held the position of Senior Vice President Corporate Assurance and CISO at Software AG from November 2021 to April 2024. Plum's expertise spans all aspects of corporate assurance, including audit, compliance, enterprise risk management, information security, data protection, and integrated management systems. Prior to Software AG, Plum served as CISO and Head of Security for RWE AG from October 2015 to November 2021, and held key positions at Santander Deutschland and NATIONAL-BANK AG. Plum began a professional career as a Senior Associate at PwC between June 2007 and December 2009. Educationally, Plum earned a diploma in Business and Informatics from Technische Universität Ilmenau from 2002 to 2007.
