Carmen Fritz is a highly experienced professional in quality assurance and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Director of Quality at Aldevron since May 2023. Prior to this role, Carmen held the position of Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at Scientific Protein Laboratories, overseeing all quality assurance functions related to Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients from May 2020 to April 2023. Carmen's extensive experience includes managing microbiological and chemistry quality control teams at Scientific Protein Labs, leading project management and quality initiatives at Zurex Pharma and Cellectar Biosciences, and directing complex analytical studies at Covance, Inc. Carmen's earlier roles also encompassed quality assurance and project leadership in both PPD and MS Bioscience. Carmen holds a Master’s degree in Microbiology and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
