Anu Codaty serves as the Vice President of Global Marketing & Strategy at Aldevron since January 2024, contributing to advancing biological science through custom development and manufacturing services. Additionally, Anu is a Leadership Circle Member with Neythri.org, engaging in a community that supports South Asian professional women. Previously, Anu held various leadership roles at Medtronic from 2011 to 2022, including VP & General Manager of Interventional Pain Therapies, where responsibility included P&L for a $350M business. Anu's experience also encompasses positions at Genentech, Bain & Company, and Willis Towers Watson, showcasing expertise in market analysis, strategy, and healthcare consulting. Anu holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BS in Mathematics with honors from North Dakota State University.
