Tom Harding is an experienced professional in the fields of ESG and sustainability, currently serving as the Head of ESG & Sustainability at Aldermore Bank since March 2022. Prior to this role, Tom spent nearly nine years at MotoNovo Finance, progressing from Account Manager to Regional Manager for the South East, where a focus on developing business relationships and leveraging a strong product portfolio was paramount. Earlier experience includes managing multiple sites at Costa Coffee, overseeing operations, staff management, and financial performance. Tom is furthering expertise in sustainability through a Master's program at Cranfield School of Management, expected to complete in June 2027, complemented by educational experiences at London Business School and Hills Road Sixth Form.
