Andres Moreno is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management across various organizations. Currently serving as an Engagement Manager at Alder Koten | IMD since June 2023, Andres specializes in strategic talent acquisition and organizational fit. Previously, as the People & Culture Partner for Mexico at Examedi, Andres established the HR function and implemented an HRIS, contributing to multiple facets of employee experience. At Clivi Health, significant contributions included developing a talent acquisition strategy that drove rapid workforce growth and reducing hiring costs. Andres holds an MBA from IPADE Business School, complemented by international business education from ESCA Ecole de Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Aut贸noma de Nuevo Le贸n.
