Kelly Wydra is a seasoned professional in behavioral health, currently serving as Unit Manager for Behavioral Health Utilization Management in Government Programs at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since 2015. In addition to that role, Kelly has been a Clinical Therapist and Clinical Supervisor at ALDER GROVE COUNSELING, LTD. since 2017. Previous experience includes positions such as Case Management Coordinator at Linden Oaks Behavioral Health from 2013 to 2015 and Assessment Specialist at AMITA Health from 2008 to 2015. Kelly has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Elgin Community College and as a Victim Advocate at the Community Crisis Center. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northern Illinois University, supplemented by studies at Aurora University.
