Rithu Mathew is an experienced Information Technology Engineer currently employed at ALDAR since May 2022, where responsibilities include measuring and monitoring key performance indicators for the Service Desk team, as well as training and managing the helpdesk team. Prior to this, Rithu worked at Fitness First Middle East from May 2015 to June 2022, ensuring effective IT infrastructure operations across multiple locations supporting 900 staff, and participating in store openings and refurbishments. Rithu began a career at Cognizant Technology Solutions from September 2012 to November 2013, providing Tier 1 IT support and utilizing ticketing systems for support management. Rithu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Sathyabama University, completed in 2012.
