Nino Mikadze is an experienced professional in the fields of insurance, risk management, and internal auditing. Currently serving as the Head of Insurance Policy, Data Administration & Operational Risk Management Division at ALDAGI since July 2019, Nino also leads the Operational Risks Management Unit. Prior to this role, Nino held the position of Head of Internal Audit and Controlling Department at Microfinance Organization BIG from August 2017 to September 2018. Nino's earlier career includes various auditing and advisory roles at TBC Bank from June 2006 to June 2017, as well as assistant accounting and client advisory positions at the United Federation of Georgian Mountaineers and Liberty Bank. Nino holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management from Free University of Tbilisi and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from Tbilisi State University.
