Maiko Kotorashvili currently serves as the Head of the Customer Experience Management Division at ALDAGI, a position held since March 2017. Prior to this role, Maiko Kotorashvili worked at ProCredit Bank Georgia from January 2008 to February 2017, where responsibilities included Senior Client Adviser and Deputy Head of the Operational Department. With a Bachelor's Degree in History of Diplomacy and International Relations from Tbilisi State University, obtained in 2005, and further education from Free University of Tbilisi in 2011, Maiko Kotorashvili brings a strong background in client relationship management and service monitoring.
