Vanessa Govi serves as the Global Chief Innovation & CX Officer at Ayvens since June 2023 and is a Board Member at Skipr since September 2021. Previously, Vanessa held various leadership roles at ALD Automotive from 2004 to 2023, including Integration Stream Leader - Culture, Group Chief Digital Officer, Head of Strategic Projects, Head of CRM, BI Program Manager, Web Project Manager, and Business Analyst. In these positions, Vanessa led initiatives to enhance company culture, drive digital transformation, and manage cross-functional teams across multiple countries. Vanessa holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi and completed a General Management Acceleration Program at EDHEC Business School in 2018.
