Cherry Richards is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Alcumus since December 2015, with a robust background in HR leadership and development. Previously, Cherry served as Head of L&D and HR Manager at Santia Consulting Ltd from September 2011 to December 2015, where responsibilities included the creation and implementation of a measurable learning and development strategy during a significant business transformation, as well as overseeing all HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and communication. Cherry holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resource Management from the University of South Wales, obtained between 2012 and 2014.
