Frederick Parena has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Frederick began their career as a Food Services employee at Sturdy Memorial Hospital, followed by a Sales Associate role at Hallmark Cards. In 2006, they joined Kelly | Scientific Resources as a Quality Assurance Technician II. One year later, they moved to SeraCare Life Sciences as a Manufacturing Associate I. In 2009, they began working at Covidien - Surgical Solutions as a Quality Assurance Technician II. In 2012, they became a Production Documentation Clerk at Aerotek. In 2014, they started working at Allena Pharmaceuticals as a Consultant - Quality Assurance Documentation and simultaneously took on a Manager, Document Control and Quality role at Alcresta Therapeutics.

Frederick Parena obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Framingham State University between 2003 and 2007.
