Ernest Waaser currently serves on the Board of Directors for Alcresta Therapeutics and has held the position of Chairman of the Board at Avalign Technologies since December 2018. With extensive experience in healthcare and medical technology, Waaser was the Chairman of the Board for MeriCal LLC until March 2024 and previously held the same role at Z-Medica, LLC until December 2020. As an Operating Partner at Linden Capital Partners since January 2017, Waaser focuses on healthcare investments. Other notable positions include Chief Executive Officer at NuSil Technology LLC and Systagenix, as well as President of Teleflex Medical. Waaser obtained a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from Mississippi State University.
