Shub Faujdar is a seasoned career coach and job search strategist with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Director at JobS-ME Singapore, Shub specializes in developing holistic job search strategies and providing personalized support to professionals. As Global Head of Learning Solutions at Alcott Global, Shub focuses on delivering customized learning solutions for supply chain leadership. In addition, Shub holds positions as an external career coach at INSEAD and Singapore Management University, facilitating career workshops and enhancing students' personal branding through CV reviews and mock interviews. With a background in recruitment, Shub has also contributed as an external trainer with Workforce Singapore, conducting workshops to empower job seekers. Previous roles include leadership positions at Aurec and Michael Page, as well as developmental work with Living Positive Kenya and AIESEC Singapore.
