Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Vice President for Operational Transformation at ABB, where leadership was provided for service excellence and performance management in global business services, and Director for Consulting & Operational Excellence at MetLife, focusing on governance and project delivery across Asia. Additionally, Vineet has a strong background in establishing operational centers, having set up a new GCSC center in Romania during tenure at Honeywell, and holds multiple postgraduate diplomas and certificates in business and psychology from prestigious institutions including Harvard University and Indian School of Business.
