Parthiv Mody has extensive experience in finance, serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Alcon's Vision Care and Surgical Manufacturing divisions since 2011, where responsibilities include delivering on financial targets for global manufacturing sites. Mody has also held the position of Head of Finance for Pharma & CLC Manufacturing and led Business Planning and Analysis (BPA) for Alcon Manufacturing worldwide. Prior to Alcon, Mody worked at Novartis in various finance roles, including Head BPA for Group Emerging Markets and Financial Controller in the Netherlands. Mody's career began at Ernst & Young as a Tax Consultant. Mody holds an MBA in Analytical Finance and Leadership from the Indian School of Business and has received additional business education from Harvard Business School. Mody is also a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
