Ishadip Deb is a Senior Software Engineer at Alcon since November 2023, specializing in Software Lifecycle Management within the R&D function. Prior to Alcon, Ishadip held the position of Software Engineer II at Honeywell, focusing on migration and integration applications for the Experion® PKS distributed control system in the Oil and Natural Gas domain. Ishadip's earlier experience includes roles at Cognizant, beginning as a Programmer Analyst Trainee and progressing to Associate, where responsibilities involved developing and enhancing cloud-based applications in the BFS domain for clients such as Manulife and John Hancock. Ishadip holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Heritage Institute of Technology.
