Dimitris Brilis is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of International Growth and Export Markets at Alcon since September 2015, Dimitris oversees operations in over 40 markets across South Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Baltics, and Central Asia. Previous roles include Vice President of Emerging Growth Markets in EMEA and General Manager for the Greece Cluster. Prior to Alcon, Dimitris held positions such as Corporate Strategy Director at Novartis and Marketing Director at AstraZeneca. With a strong academic background, including an MBA from Columbia Business School and dual Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Dimitris combines strategic insight with technical expertise.
