Jennifer G Bradshaw has extensive experience in office management and governance, currently serving as Head of Office People and Governance at Alcohol Change UK since April 2019. In this role, Jennifer oversees the charity's physical and virtual offices, manages IT provisions, handles key aspects of the People (HR) function, and leads initiatives focused on Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging while collaborating with the board on governance matters. Prior to this position, Jennifer held various administrative roles, including Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Alcohol Research UK & Alcohol Concern, and General Administrator at Affordable Pest Control. Jennifer also has a solid foundation in education, having worked as a Classroom Teacher at two primary schools, and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of East London and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from London Metropolitan University.
