Joann Sotiropoulos currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Learning & Organizational Development at the City of Markham, having joined in April 2024. Prior to this role, Joann has been with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario since September 2014, where responsibilities included serving as the Manager of Training and Development and previously as a Training Specialist. This diverse experience reflects a strong background in organizational learning and development.
