Maxime Montplaisir is an experienced technical supervisor currently working at Alcoa since October 2019, overseeing human resources, optimizing material resources, and managing logistics between the electrolysis and foundry departments. Prior experience includes a supervisory role at G3 Canada Limited, focusing on daily operations management, quality control, and supply chain logistics. At Kruger inc., Maxime was involved in environmental services, overseeing wastewater treatment processes.
