Dale Baker has over 30 years of experience in the metallurgical and quality engineering fields. Since December 2004, Dale has held the position of Director of Quality for Global Rolled Products at Alcoa, following a role as Quality Manager. Prior to joining Alcoa, Dale served as a Metallurgical Engineer at LTV Steel from June 1986 to March 1991. Dale earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1982 and 1986.
