Chad Counts is an experienced professional currently serving as a Partner and Vice President of Business Development at Alco USA since October 2014, where Chad also held the position of Account Manager. Prior to this, Chad Counts contributed to the Texas Air National Guard from September 2014 to August 2017 in Material Management, and served in the United States Air Force from July 2009 to May 2014 in Law Enforcement (Security Forces) with roles including Desk Sergeant, TASS Operator, and Response Team Leader. Chad Counts holds a Master of Education in Human Resources Development from Texas A&M University (2018-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Houston (2014-2017).
