Rachel Tos (Richlinski) has extensive experience in sports reporting and broadcasting, currently serving as a Reporter, Host, and Producer for the Colorado Avalanche at Kroenke Sports & Entertainment since September 2019. Additionally, Rachel is a Group Fitness Instructor at Alchemy 365, leading sessions that focus on yoga and high-intensity workouts since August 2021. Previous roles include serving as a Freelance Reporter for Cox Sports Television, where Rachel covered LSU football training camp, and hosting at Wilson Premier Baseball to create tournament videos. Earlier experiences include anchoring and reporting at WLBT and internships at WAFB TV, WWL-TV, and LSU's Tiger TV, culminating in a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Louisiana State University.
