Neha Sharma is a Principal Consultant at Alchemist Marketing & Talent Solutions since July 2021, previously serving as a Senior Consultant. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Account Manager at WATConsult, Associate in 360 Brand Delivery at Templatolio Technologies, and Co-Founder of the designer label MISANI. Neha's career started as a Community Manager at BBDO Proximity India, where work involved managing brands such as Bacardi and Grey Goose on socially led marketing strategies. Additional internships include work at the Population Foundation of India and KPMG, focusing on health initiatives and talent development, respectively. Neha holds an MBA in Marketing from IILM Lodhi Road and a BBA from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
